May is Mental Health Awareness Month
The COSW Health and Wellness Committee is recognizing May as Mental Health Awareness Month, to enhance public awareness of mental health and dispel the stigma surrounding it. To help with these efforts, the H&W committee is hosting several in-person and virtual events, and will be promoting these events and other related information on social media throughout the month. This is a robust campaign, focused on getting information to the Warrior community in as many ways as possible. Please follow COSW on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook and re-post often to help us extend support and foster education to as many people as possible.
"Mental health is health; it affects everyone, regardless of race, gender, politics, or income. Promoting it is one of the big things that we can all agree to do together as Americans to make our country stronger." - President Biden, 2023
